CP 7911G IP PHONE Display does not work after factory default reset.

I have a 7911G IP phone after factory default reset (123456789 * 0 #) He constantly rebooting to upgrading information for more than 10 hours.
I called the source of the equipment and when the MWI light began blinking, I used the # key and enter the following sequence exactly on the keyboard:
(3491672850 # *)
After this command the completed the 7911 sequence however no longer turned on the display, respende to ping because the DHCP server ip gift reserved for MAC.
